Have a Smeg oven model C7GPX8, not sure manufacture date, that is tripping the RCD as soon as the function knob is switched one way or the other. The hobs are still working completely fine and I have removed and checked all the elements and none of them are faulty. At this point I am unsure of the problem, any advice would be appreciated.

    still sounds like an element

one of the elements has got an earth fault. you would need to check the element to earth with a multimeter or megger but if you have neither .

    try either
a disconnecting all the elements, make sure all wires cant touch , then turn on and see if it trips. If yes cant be elements. If no reconnect the elements one at a time and see when it starts tripping

or disconnect one element at a time and see if it stops tripping

When I disconnected all the elements I tested them with a multimeter and none of them gave a faulty reading.

but a multimeter is only 9 volts the mains is 230v bit of a difference. if your testing insulation properly you need a 500v meter. I have had elements that measure ok on a multimeter but still blow the trip

    in order of likelihood

    elements
    chaffed wires
    fan motor
    lamp holder
    other switches
