Good afternoon,
Wondering if anyone can assist with the above problem on this heat pump type dryer?
Essentially, it isn’t heating and there are no fault codes displayed.
I haven’t had much experience with heat pump dryers, and having had a good look inside there is nothing obviously amiss.
Perhaps there is a diagnostic sequence that can be performed?

they don’t heat
well they do but its hard to tell sometimes
the only heat in the system is waste heat from the compressor so its not a lot
consider this more like a de humidifier and not a tumble dryer because that’s how it works
use it and see if it dries

Good evening Dave & Jim,
Update on dryer: carried out diagnostic test procedure, and the only error code present was E32 which is incurred during such procedure.
The customer has agreed to monitor the dryer, and to allow more time for drying as she expected much faster drying results.
