. Stops after wash cycle so I’ve read all your info on drain pump (very well explained). My Q is how do I get to pump to remove it?
Thanks in anticipation. I am a novice but keen to try to repair machine. I do have ENR no and Fd no if required.
isowould need both number to know which machine you have but you can access from underneath on some machines (some machines have a base cover fitted)
pull machine out and tilt back at 45 degrees. remove screws holing pump. unclip pump, first remove wiring cable and the the clips holing the hoses
when u put it back make sure the hoses are in correct position so they wont kink

Hello and thanks. I received help via Whitegoods email and have replaced pump.
New problem I think. = no power to machine. Changed fuse and machine started. Soon after it stopped with no lights on front (no power?). Any help would be appreciated.
