Hi, I’ve not come across this model before. Just over two years old.
    The machine isn’t drying fully.
e.g. set to cottons dry with wet towels in. Initially shows around 2hrs30mins. Heater activated, (although not as hot as I think it should be), good air flow. after about 10 minutes the display drops to zero and finishes.
The only ntc is mounted on the heater as is usual but it doesn’t have a humidity sensor at the front like previous Bosch versions.
    Any ideas?

Ah, thanks Dave. I did see that and wondered but no picture. Is that front panel off to access?

Returned to machine today. Checked continuity to electrode from pcb plug and all good. Cleaned electrode. Checked drum is earthed and ok. Still the same problem though. It runs for about 10 mins with regulating heat on and off. Then back to 1 min and stops. Tested on timed dry for 1 hour and it completed and dried ok. Could it be heater ntc or even pcb??

    the answer is as always

    possibly

but it does sound more likely to be a pcb fault but can never be certain till you have found it

the joys of odd faults and no tech

will look when i get home and see if i can dig up anything useful

I’ve left customer to try a full load on a sensor dry cycle and then timed. Thanks Dave
