There are serious issues with the touch screen. It’s not working properly. Saturday it took 5 mins of trying to press, tap or stroke the start/pause button before it would work. It’s the same on the other touch screen options. Really temperamental. This morning it took forever before the start/pause would respond.
I’m wondering if there’s something I’m doing wrong. I viewed a bloke on Youtube with the same machine and his touch panel was immediately responsive to all the touch options he pressed.
Is this a common fault with touch screens/panels?
I’ve just been on to Hoover repair service and they’ve advised that they can either send an engineer to fix machine or as I’m in the 30 days cooling off period I could contact Currys and request a replacement.
Don’t know what to do tbh.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
