Hi all,
I’m looking to buy a cordless vacuum cleaner and Shark is my preferred brand as I believe they’re the only ones who offer a five-year guarantee on their cordlesses (two years for the battery).
But since they have refurbished models – with only one year warranty – at around 40{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off, I’m wondering if it’s worth taking a punt and going for one of those in the hope that “well, they do build them to last five years” anyway. How is Shark’s track record on reliability?
I’m also really stressing over whether to get a model with a single, dual or triple battery so that I put the batter(ies) through few charging cycles. Would a single-battery model last five years? Is triple-battery overkill?
