ODometic plans an initial public offering next month, valuing the Swedish domestic appliance maker at up to SKr7.4bn ($971.3m) and ending an 18-month listing drought in Sweden.
The maker of appliances such as fridges and air conditioners for boats and caravans will offer 15.7m shares to domestic and international investors priced at SKr190-SKr240. The offer is equal to 51.3 per cent of the company and includes 5.7m new shares.
Dometic is taking advantage of improved financial market conditions, which have lifted the Stockholm Stock Exchange more than 25 per cent this year, after a three-year slump. But sentiment remains fragile, not least because several of the Swedish companies that were listed last year have since been hit by scandals.
