    Siemens SN26M230Gb/25 Dishwasher
I fitted a new heat pump to this one in October, the heat pump failed again in December so I replaced it F.O.C
They have now phoned me again to say its not heating again
I made sure last time to tell the to make sure the filters are clean and to scrape the dishes etc
I am missing something on these ? I cant keep replacing them free of charge as it will cost me a fortune
Any help would be much appreciated

lots of engineers on here been down this one and lots that wont fit these anymore. you told the client to keep filters clean but you only have their word for it as the no doubt will check before your visit. what amazes me is there is no protection on this heater, they rely on the fact there are 2 relays controling to side step that one. I must say these printed on heaters are so weak, the only other ones i have seen is on a F&P dishdraw but that heater is under the wash floor so has plenty of water to dissapate the heat. These Bosch units are prone to poor water flow problems that causes them to overheat

did you check the impeller of the last unit you removed, also did you check the bars for blockages ?

could also be the water divertor or the pcb

either way it may be worth a visit to see if you can blame them, blocked bars, obstrucions in pump etc

beyond that i would give them a refund less call out and 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} for the use they have had and walk away. If they are good customers you will make it back up somtime when they come back

Dave just to comment on this ive spoken to bosch engineer another reason for these to leak are if the customer uses the eco cycle or hot cycle alot in the plastic base type they leak from the sump seal onto motor, the other place they leak from is the diverter valve onto motor this another thing that is worth asking when visiting one of these nightmare dishwashers
