any contractors that have worked for 0800 repair like to share experience and can advise how to recover none paid invoices

the reason why I post this is to find engineers that like to share there experience about 0800 repairs / jtm with this forumI am still waiting to find out why I have been charged for parts send/not send to me or customers and I ended up paying for them without having a chance to complete the job

I had a job for an oven not in my area but as it is close to my brothers i agreed to do, i ordered parts and advised i was going into hospital for an operation and then on holiday and would be out of action for 8 weeks and as it wasnt my area i didnt expect parts to land on my doorstep, when i came back i received parts i tried to return parts but was advised since they were out of pocket due to my sickness and holiday the werent going to take them back, that was the last job i did for them, every month for a year i got invoices for the parts which i binned, after that they gave up and i havent given them a penny for them in my book they fcuked up not me.

same old story with 0800 /jtm , always owing them more than you have made .. a never ending cycle of ordered parts that you cant fit as waiting on other parts – thus you have a parts balance that outweigh the labour due in.. they are very cute at this.
we binned them a few years back for this nonsense ,
i have only met a few agents who can make money from jtm , the rest seem to waste it doing their work and never getting paid ..

but they do it to every engineer/contractor etc
somebody has to stop them and warn others
even there managers have nothing to say

i think its mostly down to the way they have set up there software , but weve being telling them for years the system is crap ..so i can only assume they are happy with the way their system works – tells you a lot about the organisation behind the system doesnt it ?
you just need to look at the whole 0800 farce-chise , that went well .
