Hi guys just confirming 11 flashes is the board on hoover condenser driers, the removal men broke the facing and the customer jammed a cable onto the wrong terminals now wont work.

Hard to say without model number but could be the Selector of the drying cycles is short circuited. Check the
selector and the related wiring
