    Anyone got any of the above capacitor, for a Miele pcb?

    wrong info, it’s a 25volt/47 microfarad capacitor.

    From where did you get 12volts number???

    Put any other capacitor with same capacitance but higher voltage… You should have any old PCB and look there…

    Hi Baron,

    small blue capacitor with Phillips 47u and 25v written on side. Have been told this capacitor is probable problem with no spin on Miele w/m.

    Not necessary… you could try but most when that capacitor is out is not turn at all or have now power to turn one entire revolution (as to synchron motor with capacitor on start winding).

    Can be programmer itself, pressure swictch but also transistors from tacho channel on PCB (and tacho generator)…

    Hi Baron,

    the motor does not turn on wash either, and according to Meile engineer capacitor is likely fix.

    You can use any 47uF greater then 25V…

    problem was already writen… http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ic&t=29550 , but like there you should check also front buttons block after changing that capacitor (see if you get 220V on PCB’s transformer)…

    Hi Baron,

    thanks for the info. This is the exact same machine, the guy (briathlon) didn’t tell me he had been on UKW. He used to live and work here in this area.I just got a call to go and fix the machine.
