I Have had one of my new 1607W customers contact me saying she has set the machine on the quick program at 30 deg and the program stops with nine bars flashing in the display (3 rows of three).
Is this a response to an OOB load?
Nothing in the book to indicate this.
    Martin.

I guess it depends what she had in it.
It’s only half or third load on that type of program.
Reset it and get Her to try a normal cotton wash to confirm?

It appears she just had one heavy item in it so the nine bars displayed must be informing out of balance load.
    Cheers,
