    Wel I do have a couple of set of handcuffs and a packet of heavy duty cable ties 😈

    We could have the title as “50 Shades Of Customer Service”, after all, it is a bit sado-masochistic as a career anyway. 😉

    If Bob gets a Samsung/LG bout we could have “50 Shades Of Black & Blue”.

    If anyone wants, Sudeep is at the meeting and has offered to install Rapport on whatever you want to bring along.

    There’s more news on that soon enough.

    Might involve something about using mobile devices to send/receive call data. 😉

    May even be a bit more than that of course.

    What time does the main event kick off on Friday? I’ll be travelling on the day and would hate to miss anything! Apologies if this has already been answered.

    I hope all that attended enjoyed the conference, got info, met people and perhaps even had a laugh or two.

    Much thanks to Steve for the improv performance, it turned out brilliant despite me faffing about with sound and whatnot and Lawrence being (rarely) at a bit of a loss. It was great fun and a pleasure.

    Thanks again to Amica, Liebherr and all the others that helped make this all happen as well. We all really appreciate your support, even if we don’t say so often enough.

    Bryan deserves a special mention. Apart from being Bryan as ever he went above and beyond to make a lot of stuff happen, much of it while Lawrence and I were sorting out presentations, running order and, well, stuff.

    The “girls”, Tracey, Purva, Val, Debs… thank you. Without you it’d all go sideways.

    George, Sgt. Mjr. Dales, Baz.. 😀

    In other words, there’s a whole bunch of people that make this all happen and “just work”.

    It’s great, all myself and Lawrence have to do is cobble some stuff together, turn up and yap. And, that we can do.

    The meeting was well worth the visit, great to see everyone and thanks to everyone for putting in so much work to make it happen.

    Great meeting and great people. I was glad to meet so many new people. Your all worth your weight in gold to Liebherr and many other manufacturers.
