Okay so you may as well all know.

We’ve finally gotten to deal direct with factory! 😀

It’s only taken three years, lots of heartache, lots of headaches and a whole heap of other assorted grief. But, worth the effort IMO for the future.

Working with the guys in Sweden direct is, frankly, a complete joy. They know their stuff and how to, as the Swedes say, “do things in the right way”. It really is refreshing to deal with people in a factory that actually care.

Anyways, you’ll have seen the service bulletins I hope, if you haven’t they’re up in the stickies on this forum. Please read them to save you phoning me and asking dumb questions eh? 😉

I will keep that updated as new information and bulletins are released. It’s there to help you guys in the field, that’s its sole purpose and this is the fastest way I can get it to everyone that there’s something you should know.

    Boring stuff done….

2011 has been a disaster for the EU. Been a disaster for sales in general across all industries due to the turmoil in the Eurozone and, with the Euro itself. That has actually helped us, not massively, but it has helped a bit. However, with some of the crazy things other manufacturers are doing its caused us to pause for thought a bit on product introductions.

You will (if you’ve been paying attention) know about the two new machines due in December, that may slip to early January due to production schedule but, I and John are pushing like hell to get them here next month.

They are, if you don’t know (but should)…

    W288eco Washing Machine

    D243W Dishwasher

These are, truly, state of the art. And, to Asko and us (me personally), it is an art.

All the info you need should be there but please, if you need to challenge it or want more info just ask.

We are in the midst of specifying more new products for next year as well as (I hope) a range of accessories as well but I’ll give you more on that as it all starts to gel together.

On a side note, but it’s worth being a note, every penny that we scrimp, save and make on ISE is reinvested into ISE. This allows us to introduce the products and give you guys and us more range, more choice and better stocks of machines and spares. We currently have something like 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} availability on appliances and 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}+ availability on spare for next day delivery on the Asko build machines. It’s not cheap to do that but, if you sell one of the best and most premium machines around, you need that sort of backup. We are doing all we can on the rest but, at times, it’s an uphill struggle with, will we say, the less caring producers.

The point being, all you do to help on that front isn’t wasted or forgotten.

I can’t (for now) divulge the new products we’re looking at, it wouldn’t be right. But, what I will say is that, if you can install machines even without having to deliver them, make sure you enable that option in the engineer search.

It’s as much of a hint as you’re going to get. For now.

The drying cabinet should be with us in the next ten days or so.

    More on those are here:

    http://iseappliances.co.uk/index.php/pr … ng-cabinet

With RRP (if that’s legal again now ;)) here:

    http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/New+Appl … binet.html

Tech info, instructions to follow as soon as they are available.

There’s nothing in them though, a fan a heater, a board and a thermistor and that’s about it. Very not complicated.

Installation is what you have to watch as they absolutely must be fixed to a wall securely or they will bend, twist and generally get broken.
