That is the second machine I have sold! Still no spares? Do I carry on selling the machines. Not unitl I have spares I think not.

The first batch of van stocks were with agents last week Bill, they were supplied on a simple system of who bought the machines first. Your stock should be on the next batch if I can’t rustle you up a stock before then if you want it?

Bill, the 1st lot of stock went out to all who sold 3 or more, with 3 agents who were on 2 also included because we had 3 extra to use up.
The next stock (of van stock) is due in to us in 12 days, when the next issue will take place (give us a couple of days to unpack and dispatch).
It’s a question of cash flow Bill, we are a new company and are NOt spending more than we earn, we have 3 van stock in case of an emergency, this is what Ken alludes to, this is on top of our stock (warehouse).
Be patient, if there’s a need we can overnight to you, if not you are on the next issue.

I have now sold 6 ISE machines and have received my van stock.
As a matter of interest has any callouts be made to any ISE breakdowns yet?

We’ve had couple with no spares used as yet, TBH, pretty good going by anyone’s standards. The biggest issue yet seen is out of balance and people not understanding it fully, but we’re all well accustomed to that.

Hi Bill,
Just to underline what has already been said;
The van stocks are a central part of our business plan but they have to be issued in a manner which is financially prudent.
So far we have issued van stocks to the 23 people with the most number of appliances installed, therefore the greatest potential for a problem.
Enough for 26 more are due shortly and will be sent out soon as we pack them. We have placed an order the 26 after that and have money set asside for 190 this year so when you get yours is just a question of timing.
We also have a stock pile of parts in the UK to cope with three failures on any one componant, which we have chose to hold back in case we do get an intervention requiring a part. Therefore if you do have a problem in the short term we can have the necessary part within you within 24 hours.
With the above in mind I would request that you keep selling the machine, the van stock will follow.

I have now sold 6 and have got m/c’s 7&8 on the van one of which I may have sold over the phone tonight .
They are in a variety of situations ranging from old dears on there own to a family of 6 ,I am happy to report that everyone loves them.

Picked up my van stock today. Had a couple of customer queries, one OOB and one about setting Quick Wash, both resolved on the phone. 8)
