    Hi

    I purchased this model 3 months ago (after perusing the Which? guide) & am generally very pleased with it.

    However twice it has stopped mid cycle & the 3 lower lights (green, green, red) flashed.

    When I open it there is dirty water at the bottom, but the filters don’t appear to be blocked.

    If I put in new tablet, turn off & on again & begin the program again (program 3) it runs to the end.

    Any ideas ?

    I’ve searched the net but can’t find a solution.

    Its 3 months old you say, contact them to repair it under warranty then.

    My concern is this has only happened twice – and if they find nothing wrong then I get charged for the visit.

    I did call Beko yesterday & apparently this warning code is related to the heater.

    Could this be secondary to anything I’ve (not) done e.g. kept filters / spray arms clean ?

    Maybe I should let the warranty run a bit longer & see if the problem becomes worse before calling them out ?
