Basically, the 30 day bit is correct so far as I can see. If there is a fault on the goods then (if you’re the retailer) you must offer a full refund.
Worse, you need to prove it wasn’t faulty to kick it into touch.
How it’ll all work in practice is yet to be seen as it only came into force today but, I’d expect a few smart a$$ people will try it on.
