I have an ISE CI555 washing machine. I bought the machine just under 4 years ago from a reseller called FFR Services in Luton, with a five year parts and labour warranty. It has needed repair a few times over the past few years, and this has been done by FFR, the last time being about a year ago when it was leaking water which was eventually traced to loose bolts on the drum.
It has recently started leaking water again in the same way, but when I tried to contact FFR their number is no longer in use – which I assume means they are no longer in business. I then tried to use an ISE Helpline number I’d used in the past (0845 2261272) but this rings with no response.
Is there anywhere else I can go for help with this machine or am I left high-and-dry (or rather wet) with a worthless warranty? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.
