Visited a customer yesterday who mentioned that her daughter was staying with her at the moment. The reason??? She had a housefire which started in the bedroom caused by a Digibox.
How many of us still leave Sky boxes, Freeview boxes, T V’s, all sorts of electrical appliances, including the latest washing machines, on standby OR (in the case of Sky, Freeview etc) just leave them on permanently whilst switching the T V off.
It’s not just an environmental issue……it’s personal safety as well.Maybe one for the public forums this one 💡
