Participantright, went out to this last week. not filling on conditioner for last 2 weeks, now not filling on wash prog. whistled when filling, diagnostics implied valve (e11)
replaced valve with like for like and still e11 – looked at board and found the solenoid triac blown.
anyway off to emw, fixed, fitted now getting e13
yes waters turned on, waste is in a standpipe, filter is clear, pressure chamber hose clear, pressure switch tests out ok. its really doing my head in.
there is high water pressure, but even turned low it still e13’s
whats odd is there are 2 type of solenoid for a 12070, a parallel “II” dual valve and a “V” dual valve.
this one has the V-arranged valve. does anyone know why there is a difference ??? also would the board be programmed to recognise only the V-valve instead of the II valve, or are they interchangeable ???

I don’t know for sure but it would seem to me that a parallell valve would be for machines having both a hot and cold feed and a V valve for cold only feed.

hi guys,
try the internal black rubber hoses and the white plstic divertor on the back of the dispenser.
we have had a few of these where a mismold has let a flap of rubber restrict the flow and cause fill errors.

hi andy there doesnt look like theres an issue with this dispenser – blew into that on both entrys. solenoid was defo gone – it did a good job of going bang – and left a bit of a black mark on the carcass too.
yet another comet promotional machine tho “we bought it cos it had £100 off”

heya seamy yeh i know that cos already tried a new ps!
anyway, went and got one out of the shop display machine just in case the ordered one might have been a dud or customer return,
go back to whack the shop ps in and bam. i realised my mistake…
stupid connecter feels like its in when actually needs to be pushed in deeper than it appears. damn tiredness…
so just wasted an afternoon scouring for clues and getting a ps i didnt need out of a w/m i didnt need to touch >:(
