Apparently the ISE line has been the “do you repair Hotpoints” line this week and last. 😉

I’m thinking that you may have to apologise to the big guy for taking those calls for the last two weeks Jim. 😆

Bloody stupid customers. :rolls: My message clearly said “I was closed for business for two weeks, for all ISE calls phone 0845 etc”

I’m only logged on here now because the alternative is packing my cases, we are sailing up the English channel as I type, arriving in Southampton very early in the morning.

PS. These damned Amercian keyboards have the @,” and a few other keys all over the shop.

PPS. I did get a call on my mobile for an ISE repair whilst I was in the Colusseum. A Mr Copley from Prestwich with a leak, texted him the ISE number, hope you managed to sort him out.

I use a semi US keyboard. 😉

I think that was the one that gave David an earful because she got a same day call after 5pm. There really is no pleasing some people. :rolls:
