ParticipantWhen the machine is on, it makes a rumbling, graunching sound and, lately, the top deck of cups etc do not get cleaned. I guess this would be the Circulation Pump – am I correct? If so, is Pt No: 4812 361 58334 correct? 😕

4812 361 58334 is the correct p/no for the circulationn pump. No doubt your current one is the infamous “Big Askoll” motor, and the impellor will have broken off the drive shaft as usual.
The new motor is a “conventional” pump and causes relatively little trouble.
An email to Dave at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get one ordered for you at a sensible price.

Yarking great impellor, teeny weeny drive shaft – all down to leverage.

Good price. Does the replacement part come with fitting instructions?

Unfortunately not, no appliance spare part does to be honest.
