ParticipantPlease can you help ?
I have read most of your threads regarding the above issue….!
I have checked using a multimeter the pressure switch contacts all ok by manully blowing into the switch, also blown out the black conecting pipe which does have some back pressure sensed using my tongue, still some water in the drum.
I have also taken the connectors off the PCB board and refitted. Cleaned out the front filter, found 1p.
Putting the programmer on spin, i noticed the pump was not running, should the pump run while spinning?
The machine finishes spinning and the programmer should click on to finish but doesnt, it carries on clicking round and flashes 10 times led comes on 11 times. The only thing i havent checked is for blockages from the drum to the pump….!February 15, 2011 at 7:28 pm #344740iadom

The pump should run during the spin cycle, you should be able to flick the pump impellor round in quarter turns.
NB. It is not wise to blow into modern pressure switches, you can easily damage them by doing so.

Thank you for getting back, I thought as much, the pump does turn in quarter turns but doesnt run on spin cycle, could this just be a water pressure sensing fault? I used a staw with very little pressure to blow into switch as i know they are very sensitive. However, i have did not check the switch during spin cycle. to see if it changes state.
If there is a blockage to the pump would this cause the pump not to run?February 16, 2011 at 10:08 am #344742iadom

If the pump is not running then it is either faulty or is not getting a supply for some reason.
If there is a blockage into or out of the pump it should still run regardless.

f10 is pressure switch, take off the connector and sqeeze the individual connections to make them tighter
