Is anyone here using Microsoft Access database to log job or customers/invoice history ? – If so can anyone send me a blank copy – I’m slowly losing my marbles trying to get one up & running (says…banging head on computer desk !) Or any other software thats easy to log info into.(Tried Excel but didn’t like the layout)

    Many thanks in advance

i use lotus approach.. basically you can put as much fields in as you like, and search on any field you like,

i normally search job no , and then change view to invoice etc

    Hi Redflame
I use a very basic Acsess dbase mainly for keeping cust records and parts used, Forgot to add a post code field but this could be added along with a job number box. Iam a compleat duffer at all this but if want a copy PM Me.

This one is even cheaper. This Office suite is very good and really easy to work and has some very good templates. But best of all it is TOTALLY FREE. Just down load it.
