hi ,have a seimens slimline sf24200g8 which has led a blameless life for 6 years but now will not drain .Have located a spare pump but cannot see how to access the old one .The base of machine is plastic with no obvious means of access and have tried entry through the floor of the chamber, unscrewed everything but cannot get to it.If anybody has the knowledge and/or experience I would be most grateful .

    Unplug.
    Remove door outer panel.
    Remove kick panel.
    Remove lower inner metal panel.
Remove transfer pipe in the left hand corner.
You should just about have room to twist and release the pump. If the locking latch won’t release, you may have to remove the left hand side panel – which means the lid has to go as well :rolls: .

Should point out that I have fitted 1 (one) drain pump motor in the last 5 years on these and their full sized bretheren. You are absolutley sure that there are no blockages – pump, hoses, sink coupling, fill/drain matrix?

    Regards,
