    Got a Whirlpool dishwasher with fault led flashing 11 times, i gather it is the optical sensor is this the ppressure sw or is it something else anybody any idea JJ

    It’s a circular black plastic “grid” in the (left hand IIRC) side of the sump which gets gunged up and needs a gentle brushing to clean. If that doesn’t sort it, it could be expensive trouble. :rolls:

    Thanks Mike i have cleaned a cuople of times for customer for not heating, i thought it would be that this customer uses it as a waste disposal unit, and has been advised to cscrape plates before using, JJ
