Adjust door open alarm time

Hi Guys – been a while :rolls:

Recently bought me mam a new Samsung RSH5SBRS.
Great fridge, does the job, only petulant jealous younger brother keeps leaving the doors open. He’s got the time to a tee as he shuts it just before it beeps.
Sod the power wasted or rise in temps etc.

Anyway is there an easy option or service menu where I can adjust the time open before it beeps.
I’m used to commercial DD’s and controllers like elliwell, lae etc. But cant find any info for domestics like this one.
Can you help?

no you cant adjust the warning noise delay time.

Advise your brother leaving the doors open can cause overicing on these models which will result in loosing temperature and a probable expensive service call.

Do you have a service manual for this unit, perhaps I could borrow a copy as I’d like to know a bit more about it.
Or are you one of the designers? Or just familiar with this model?

I am a refrigeration engineer but I’m more used to commercial units and unfortunately don’t have access to domestic service info ?
