admiral fridge freezer

can any one help me with this admiral fridge freezer the american type ones, the freezer is working perfect but the fridge is frozen at the bottom and the top of the fridge is not cold at all. Is there a fan problem and if so where is the bloody thing???? please help!!!!!!!!!!!
