ADP 5734 door glass help

Hi there,

I have a Diplomat ADP 5734 range cooker, and unfortunately the outer door glass on the fan oven was smashed a few days ago. Every site I look on is telling me that the part is now obsolete and can’t be obtained, and I’m desperate to get it fixed.

My questions is, does anyone know if there is an equivalent part on a newer model that would fit? I don’t care what colour the part is (the original was green and clear), just as long as it fits.

Sorry but they are correct, it is completely obsolete with no alternative available at all.

Bear in mind that, to us when we look that up, it’s a part number only, maybe with the colour listed. We won’t get sizes, where the holes in it are, the thickness or any other information so cross referencing is next to impossible as, any change whatsoever will mean it is on a completely different part number.

The problem is that a lot of these sorts of parts are model specific and may well only have been used on one or a few models to suit that particular product.
