Well the fifth light should be solid but I just noticed you say it’s flashing, is it?
If it is then it’s actually an unrecognised code in which case it is possibly the PCB that’s goosed.

hole with flap is inside the sump ie open door look down
many diffrent codes means u in test programme or u got low insulation and its screwing ya module up new module will only cure this for short time u need to a insulation check on machine first modules are costly.at a guess
option 1 test programme
option 2 faulty module
option 3 had slow leak that got worst as o rings got worst untill u noticed . motor got damp u now have low insulation that screwing up ya moduleApril 24, 2008 at 6:36 pm #249972veloce

Participantit seems it’s sprung another leak – water trickles out at the edge of the machine in operation by the time i’ve drained and turned on it’s side i cannot tell where it’s leaking from. most annoying

this sounds like u gona need a engineer or get rid of machine everthing u had i suspect is linked to 1 problem
do u have both left and right angel plastic bit in at bottom of door seal?door seal i doub,t u need , is water comming from hole underneath most likely the o rings need replacing if it the 2 o rings model ,don,t have a system accesss to check which of the 2 u have going by model number as there are 2 types so going by memory
if water is pouring out from bottom of door after while , while its filling i think this is ya same first problem and u gona need a engineer to look at itps if u got the 2 o ring white air brake model if washer leak u need to replace them cleaning them and putting back does not work.
everything u listed are sysmtons of the problem need to find the problem
i suspect is a leak related low insulation on ya machine normal compoent is motor on low insualtion and air break o rings for leak and low insulation screws ya module up while running and cause it to do anything .
i do think u need to get it checked out by engineer before u throw any money on parts but i suspect will not be a cheap repairApril 25, 2008 at 9:07 am #249977veloce
Participanthad the door seal off and back on. i doesn’t leak until the thing gets part way through the soak program i think it’s all related to overfilling – whats the part i need to replace that senses the fill level? float switch appears ok – no water in it. thanks

Participantit seems that the machine continues to fill and that the pressure switch if activated during this process does nothing. can anyone tell me how to test the switch with a multimeter please? thanks

No such thing I`m afraid 😉 , with the word cheap, add Chinese made and won`t last long.
Take a read of this dishwasher article and the subsequent links to see what we mean.

KeymasterChinese I’d expect, not recommended but a model number would help offer more information.
