    This thesecond one of these. The drain pump pulses at the start of the cycle. Customer said it eventually goes into the wash cycle but. now it has failed to do so. Any info on this issue? Thanks..

    Hi, have you checked the pressure switch is clean, also inside it there is a rubber
    Diaphragm that can be punctured. If either of these occur the pressure switch will not be activated. Hope this helps.

    yep I had a spare diaphragm switch which i offered up to the unit. No change. disconnected components one at a time to see if it was a faulty motor/heater/pump..etc. Still the same. As i said it is the second unit with this fault so thought someone might of come across this kind of fault. PCB me thinks….?
