ADP4602AL flashing start light

Hi,

My whirlpool dishwasher decided to start playing up last night, it runs through the cycle okay but it stops and the start light starts flashing when it gets to the (extraction cycle?) previously I would hear a fan at this point but it just stops with the light flashing.

Any idea what the problem is or is likely to be?

Hi

Count the number of flashes ,this is a fault code ie- 1234 pause 1234 .

There’s 4 flashes, I just noticed water under the machine, pulled it out removed the base plate, turned it on and water seems to be coming from the base of the drum area (big white plastic thing that the pump attaches to.)

I scrapped the heap of rubbish
