ADP8132 Error lights

My Diplomat ADP 8132 built in dishwasher has just had to be turned off after 4 and a half hours, and appears stuck in the washing cycle. When I opened the door the lights along the top of the door were as follows: ON, OFF, ON, ON, FLASHING. This code is not in my manual, any ideas what it might be?
I have recently replaced the heater element, and the door catch, as these were faulty. At present the washer still has water in the bottom and looks like it had not done the after wash rinse cycle. The water was hot when opened.
Is there a way to reset the unit, as the lights remain on.
If it appears to be terminal, what would be a good replacement for it?

Is your dishwasher a fully integrated full size model?

Thanks for the list of codes, but my error is not one of them. On mine the 5th light is blinking, but is a solid light in all these codes. I think it may be something more serious in the unit.
The unit is fully integrated and a full width one, so only access is via bottom panel unless fully removed from host cupboard unit.

Bit of an update on this one. After a couple of days I tried it again and it started up and did a rinse OK. So put it back on a wash cyle, and it stopped after an hour. There were no lights flashing at all now, no power was shown. On having a look around I have traced it back to a capacitor on the inlet transformer. This had blown in half nearly. Are these still obtainable, and how do I get it off without taking the macine out of its housing? The capacitor has 3 black wires coming out of it, and is situated at the front of the machine, but it looks difficult to get at the terminals.

Can’t seems to get hold of these as they are obsolete, so have just removed the faulty capacitor (D.E.M. 70092) and it now works OK without it. There is no noise or interference from the unit, so think I will just leave it as is and not bother looking for a replacement now.
