ADP8322 motor

    Changing the motor on one of these. Its got the BIG ASKOLL type in at the mo.

    Is it a straight swap as all thats in the box is a motor on a mount?

    yep, allthough you will need a couple of jubilee clips (slim ones are best fit) also the bracket on the back of the new pump should be screwed to the rear of the machine. 8)

    if you are carefull with the old clips you can reuse them,

    straight forward job tbh, youll need 2 screws to attach new motor to back panel, it slots in and pushes up till screws line up, attach hoses and test.

    20 minutes tops..

    hi a1 how do you reuse those clips? is there a tool for that?

    yeah you can get a tool, but you can get away with using a small screwdriver to open them and a pair of snips to close again.

    any one know where you can get slim jubilee clips from
    tried a few places myself..
