Not sure about that model number but I am guessing it is a Diplomat. Customers mother has just rung and is unsure about correct number.

Complaint is water running out during cycle. I have asked them to check the plumbing and they ‘ think ‘ it is OK 😕 .

If that model number is correct, who actually makes this machine and are there any known causes of drain out during wash other than bad plumbing?

    Jim.

The model is wrong Jim, it will either be a Smeg (same info I sent last week applies), Whirlpool or Brandt (check lower spray arm for a split).

Its supposed to be a built in washing machine 😕
Thankfully they have phoned back to cancel the call as they have tried to remove the machine from unit ( they obviously hadn’t checked the drain ) and found they will need a saw, hammer & chisel etc to get it out.

When I said water running out, I meant down the drain, sorry.
    🙂
After that pain of a dishwasher I am hoping not to hear from them again. 😉
