Advice needed regarding a new gas hob

Hi there you lovely people!

Seeing as you have always been very helpful in the past, Can you give me some more advice please?

I need a new gas hob. My old one is an ATAG and it has given good service but it’s on it’s way out. What I really liked about it (and has made me reluctant to replace it until it’s on it’s very last legs) was that it’s simmer burner, really did just that, ‘simmered’ at a very low heat, whereas ones I’ve had before had a simmer burner but just didn’t go low enough!

So can you recommend a good reliable make that does just that or tell me the ones to avoid? 😕

avoid anything by indesit… hotpoint, indesit, creda, cannon

id go for a bosch/neff

cant remember ever having repaired one, but then gas hobs tend to be reliable anyway
