Advice on Fridge freezer Liebherr or Bosch

Hello

I am looking to buy a fridge freezer not taller than 197cm and 60cm wide, family of 3 (soon 4), we eat more fruits and veg than ready meals.
So after doing my initial research I thought of buying
Liebherr CNEL4313 – costing £395 (well within my budget)
but than of course I started to dig deeper and have found this
Bosch Serie 6 KGN36AW35G for £537 (just little above my budget)
So is there a point of spending more than £100 for Bosch or should I settle for Liebherr.
During my search I also considered those as my backup options
GRUNDIG GKN16820B for £449
Hoover HHN56182WK for £319
Sharp SJ-BA31IHXW2-EN for £439

Liebherr every time. Even a budget £395 Liebbher is better than everything else out there.
