ParticipantHopefully somebody can point me in the right direction. Currently the list of appliances i’ve priced up are as follows:
Hotpoint BFI620 Integrated Dishwasher £265
Hotpoint BWD129 Integrated Washer Dryer £340
Hotpoint HM315NI Integrated Fridge Freezer £310
Neff T2124N1EU Gas Hob £120
Neff U1564N0GB Double Oven £1111
Neff D9610N0GB Extractor Hood £210I’ve heard some worrying stories about the current Hotpoint range, is there anything else within that price range which is better built????
I’ve included the prices as I’m on a budget and don’t really want to go over if it can be helped.
Thanks for all your help in advance. 😉

Don is you man for this one; no doubt he’ll respond in the morning.
I’m afraid I spend the great majority of the time repairing rather than selling. With regard to built-in appliances, I have always had a leaning toward the BSH group products (Bosch/Seimens/Neff) – your choices at the better end of the market are far fewer than the equivalent freestanding machines. SMEG is worth looking at, some of the top-end Whirlpool stuff is decent enough.
As I first posted – things which are cheap are cheap for a reason……

Hi
As Penguin rightly says stick with the Neff/ Bosch machines and you won`t go far wrong with longevity of life and back up 😉 Just renovated our own kitchen with Bosch and Neff appliances, to say we are well chuffed would be an understatement .
