Re: Advisory Council defining it’s roll and members
More detail would be required, and publication of those details, should the need arise to take any action over a member’s behaviour. That is where the documentation comes into it and we have to be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} right on it as well, with the dates and everything.
So in a scenario where Joe Repairs screws it up and does not respond to any prodding by the AC, wherever possible you’d try to assign another repairer obviously, and then go on to detail why you’ve booted him off Repairs@ in detail.
It serves many purposes, the foremost is that you are seen to be acting properly and correctly as well as within the rules and scope of the AC. The second is, with the first instance when/if it happens, that it is seen to work and follow a logical system. Fairness and every opportunity to resolve the issue was given to the repairer or customer.
