    Customer tells me turns on machine ..lights up, Interlock engages, but nothing happens no water in/ No motor /no pump all dead..sounds like a possible timer / pcb fault..!!
    any advise please John.

    Have you checked brushes? Door locking but nothing else happening can often result from worn ones.

    Madmac, No haven’t called to see machine yet, but will check this out.
