    Hi

Have purchased new bearings and seal from UKWhitegoods to renew bearings.

Removed wheel, inner drum shaft free to move and removed pairs of bolts securing cast iron spider legs to inside rim of outer drum

Now cannot get spider off. It seems very tight up against inside of rim of outer tub and also seems held by depressions in outer drum rim bolt holes locating in spider leg bolt holes

Nothing to get hold of to pull of spider away from inside of rim and no play in rim.

Do you have to take off whole drum and split it – surely not??

Sorry if this is not that clear but can anyone help

    thanks salapes
