Haven`t been there yet but what I can gather he`s ordered a brand new valve, fitted it and it is the same fault namely all the other solenoids work- let h2o through BUT the dryer valve doesn`t let water in despite getting live in and neutral out- which seems a trite odd to me. Anyone know what the little pcb that is fitted to this valve actually does? May be something to do with that….God knows anyone got any ideas please?

Ah so. Thanks Martin for your reply……..now I know. So any thought as to why it gets L in and N out but still doesn`t let water through…. presume then the electronic p/swt might be wrong? Am I on the right tracks or crashed off again! Cheers.

Thats the valve with flow sensor.
Condensate valve gets supply off J4-2 & J4-5, there would only be a trickle of water going into the condensor to keep it cool, there would be a restrictor on the dryer water side so not gushing in, none appearing in drum, pump runs on dry cycle so he may not realise its filling with water.
What was the reason the valve was ordered in the first place?
E10s would be water fill error codes i’d imagine that would show up if no water filling. May be just low pressure problem.

True Seamy. Not sure of the full facts yet until….or if I actually go there. Your input as like Martins always respected Thanks. I`m not these days to be in the position of technical back-up that I once was other than help from you guys so thanks. Will no-doubt be back on this soon.
