Hi, I have an AEG Dishwasher, model 40300-w, pnc 911 232 405, serial # 12719414. This thing is ruining my quality of life, it keeps internaly flooding. Every couple of months I go back to it, take the side panels off, drain it and watch it go. I never witness any kind of leakage. I had the same dishwasher the other day doing the same thing and I cought it red handed leaking from the ‘O’ rings on the air break at the LH side, removed it, flooded kitchen applied silicon grease to the ‘O’ rings mopped up and re-built…..Perfect, but not this. Its in my workshop right now going through 5 tests per day without leaking a drip. There is a trace of leakage from the carbon faced seal on the motor, but nothing to witness. The dishwasher isnt leaning forward, and the plumbing is normal. I have even drilled a small hole in the base on the LH side directly below the breather pipe that spills into the tray 😳 which isnt something I like to do. PLEASE… Any ideas? The hour glass is running out and the Customer will be calling.
