AEG 61300 racing through program

~Got a customer with an AEG 61300 PNC 91400112901. It races through program even when the door is open. She woke up one night with the noise of the timer going round & round.. Any ideas, it does this on every programme ..

How he knows when program is finished when programmer goes around continuously…. POWER ON when sleeps…

Seriously now are two different problems: door locker and programmer motor triac (PCB) or SCC between wires.

Machine obviously shouldn’t do this even if door is closed

It doesn’t stop at finish, it will continue all day & night unless power is isolated at wall..

Just to clarify the customer found a strange noise coming from her washing machine in the middle of the night. The door is open & programme controller is going around all the time. Even if she closes door & puts it to finished position it still goes around like mad & won’t stop till it is isolated at wall.

It was only joke my first paragraph. 😳

Sometimes is programmer (welded or dirty contacts) or it’s motor triac (programmer motor) with his thermistor (on PCB). :rolls:
