this is a tall fridge which the cust says is showing to high a temp on the display,i checked the appliance and the comp is running fine and cutting out but i didnt see the internal fan run even with the door closed and quickly open up.the fan meters thru ok and reads 2.9kohms is this ok or after this it must be the board.

IIRC these suffer from sensor (ntc) problems…seem to remember they supply a kit of sensors?
The door switch is magnetic so if you hold a magnet in the right place against the cabinet you can confuse it into thinking the door is closed to check the fan operation…
