OK Wilf I too would reach a similar conclusion were it not for the fact that the info you give is a little limited and vague to be honest.
Now ordinarily if all components and their respective connections to them are checked and double checked then it’s just got to be the programme module based on what you’re telling us.
And indeed if it were a component failure then the module would flag up an error code likely as not, with lights flashing and error codes on display. 😉
You’re not getting any such flashing lights then I guess? 😕

first thing I asked the customer when they booked the call and they had noticed nothing. thats why after checking all the obvious I let it run and still no fault codes showing for me. as I say individually everything works as it should but through a cycle its on a go slow / stop

Well again based on what you say I too can only conclude board failure but I put the odds as 50/50, suck it and see I’m afraid. 😥

I would think it sensible to look closely at the ntc if there is one, and heater element and connections and maybe earth leakage before investing in a module. If you haven’t done already.

There has been no mention of going into diagnostics to see if an error code has been stored. Not all codes will show to the customer. Some errors will allow the programme to continue through to the end of the cycle.
