    Thanks for that. The PNC is 914 002 096 00, but I dont think it’s worth spending on.

    I think I’m going to get a Beko from John Lewis with 2 years warranty. I’ve always gone for Zanussi in the past, but they’re not the machines they once were – especially with no filter!

    agree with sentiment on Zanussi but as for filter some machines have the filter in the drum. one of the paddles lifts up to allow you to access the filter underneath
