    This machine showing fault code E40 Interlock clicks a few times but still works sounds like a interlock fault !! but I can’t find this code on fault finder.

    E4? Errors relate to the interlock, you answered your own question.

    cheers Martin, any idea why its not listed on fault code chart!!

    It displays as an error to the user only. Using the diagnostics routine (EMW1000 plus electronics) you get error codes from E41 – E45, all of which are interlock based errors as you know.
