    going to this on monday, customer says intermittently stops full of water/
    wont spin/start button not working. getting worse displays E40 fault code,
    is this “door open” the same as zanussi ? if so is it more likely to be the interlock or the board at fault?

    IMHO I would go interlock everytime 😉
