    hi again

    theres water in the machine but none of the spray arms are rotating.
    any ideas.

    how can i tell if its the circ pump (no error code displayed).
    if it is the pump is it viable to get it renewed (3 year old machine)

    No whooshing noises = no circulation……. Pump may be jammed through blockage or bearing seizure (leaking), start capacitor failure or just plain blown up (although you would have smelt that 😀 ). Possibly no supply from control circuits.

    Stay safe if investigating, power off for anything other than observation.
